About Stephanie

With 25 years of experience in the banking industry, Stephanie began her career as a Teller and advanced through roles in Deposit Operations, Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, and Retail Banking. She has worked with small to medium sized business with financing solutions, development opportunities, and client satisfaction.

Stephanie's dedication extends beyond her professional life. As a 27-year military wife, she balanced raising a family with supporting her husband, Tony, during multiple deployments with the U.S. Air Force.  A devoted mother to four—including her brother and three daughters—Stephanie’s ability to juggle family, career, and community service speaks to her extraordinary resilience and leadership.

Her community involvement is equally impressive. Stephanie has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including United Way, Girls Inc., and the Achievement Academy, and has completed multiple terms on the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce Board. Proud member of The Lakeland Rotary Club, a proud alumna of Leadership Lakeland Class XXX, Leadership Polk Class VIII, and Inside PCPS Class II, Stephanie exemplifies servant leadership.

Today, she is the owner of Stephanie Colón Consulting, a business development strategy firm that empowers companies to scale, grow, and thrive. Offering services of Social Media Management, Professional Development, and Business Development Strategies.
